As you know, I seldom ask for your help financially. My husband and I pay for most everything for Chocolate and God. Usually, in January I ask for your help to keep our prayer room (Prayer Works) open. We renew the license agreement for another 12 months. We also pay for other items that deal with the website.

Prayer Works has seen nearly 40,000 prayer requests and prayers and it’s growing every day. Would you pray about helping Chocolate and God keep Prayer Works going and pay for a few expenses that we currently have? Again, it’s seldom we ever ask for money. In all transparency, we are not a non-profit organization, so this is not tax deductible. All money raised will go to continue the daily devotions, Prayer Works and the website going.

The need is $1500. That could break down in a few ways. Perhaps you would be one of 15 people that would partner with me at a single gift of $100. Maybe you can do more or perhaps less. So many are using Prayer Works at Chocolate and God on a daily basis. It breaks my heart to see the level of pain so many are facing and yet, I am so excited that women have a place to share their prayer request and receive prayer. Below are a few prayer requests I saw today.

We were told Friday that my husband has pancreatic cancer. Tuesday he has a biopsy to determine if treatment is possible. I’m asking God for a miracle. I’m praying that the mass will not be there when the biopsy is done. Please pray with me that God will heal my husband.

I am suffering from deep grief. My husband of 37 years left me 28 months ago and is now engaged to a Thai lady who he met on a Thai dating site. I can’t move forward as I am suffering from a broken heart. He doesn’t care what damage he had done and the pain he had caused. I am really struggling, please pray for me.

Our grandson Jacob is 14 and facing 29 weeks of chemotherapy. He has a genetic condition that has him prone to cancer. He survived a cancerous brain tumor at 8 months old. Now cancer is back elsewhere in his body. Please pray for him and our family. We are praying for strength and a miracle. Thank you!

Chocolate and God daily devotions have been read over a half a million times that we are able to see and no doubt that number is far greater once you add in Facebook and other social media outlets. I am shocked to see that women from over 70 countries are receiving devotions from Chocolate and God.
