Job 37:5 God thunders wondrously with his voice; he does great things that we cannot comprehend.
I just love this time of year! I love the different seasons and I love celebrating Thanksgiving and Christmas! There is just something so wonderfully positive in the air this time of year and I love it! I tend to be optimistic, most of the time naturally, so when someone just spews negative garbage, it drives me crazy! I am the type who tends to believe that flies are looking for a way to get out of the house, not trying to annoy me. So on that note, I believe that we miss out when we don’t stop and realize just how much we have to be grateful for by recognizing how amazingly wonderful the God is that we serve!
Take a look around today and see how incredible He is! Think about the details of a tree and how it changes with the seasons and how perfectly God created all of nature to work together. We cannot even comprehend all that He has done or will do, because we cannot grasp His vastness! Unfortunately when sin came into the world, along with it came disease and every other thing that fights the beauty of what God created, including you! satan fights you every day because he fears what you may accomplish if you realize all that God created you to be! So, put on the whole armor of God today and trust Him that He will give you the strength you need for whatever comes your way! Nothing is too difficult for the Lord!
Get excited today, the God you serve does things that you cannot comprehend! As the song, “Same Power” by Jeremy Camp says, “The same power that rose Jesus from the grave……. lives in us!” The Almighty God of all has chosen to live with you and in you if you have asked Him to be your Savior! It doesn’t get any better than that! Trust that you can expect Him to do mighty things in and through you, but you must follow Him! You must keep your “yes” on the table. Ask Him for the faith you need for your situation and trust Him to see you through!
