What He Has Said ~ He Will Do!

Psalm 100: 1-3,  “Make a joyful shout to the Lord, all you lands!  Serve the Lord with gladness; Come before His presence with singing.  Know that the Lord, He is God;  It is He who has made us, and not we ourselves; We are His people and the sheep of His pasture.

“Know that the Lord, He is God”.  The world needs to know who God is.  He has been removed from our lives on so many levels and we need to bring His presence back to all that we do.  I believe that one of the problems we have is that we tend to get so caught up in what is going on around us we lose sight of Him.  When we focus on Him and who He is and we praise Him and allow Him to work in our lives then others will see Him in us.  We need to always have hearts of praise.  Praise was always such a constant and important part of Jewish culture and it still is today and we need to grab onto that and incorporate that in our lives to the degree that there’s always a song of praise on our lips because of Who our God is!  The more you know Him the more you just can’t help but praise Him, no matter what else is going on in your life!  Praise will change you and the lives of those around you.

God is the same, yesterday, today, and forever.  When He says something He will do it.  He is not capable of lying, so whether it is blessing, judgment, or promises ~ what He has said, He will do!  He has created everything that ever was, and anything that ever will be and He deserves our praise!  He is faithful to His Word and you can trust Him.  He loves you! You are the work of His hands and He wants to help you become all He created you to be!  He created you with a purpose and He doesn’t want you to miss it.

No matter where you are today, He is reaching out wanting to lead you into all He created you to be.  True success in life can only be found in fulfilling what God created you to be and do.  You will always feel as though you are missing something if you are seeking something else.  Have you ever seen how some people seem to achieve what the world would consider success and then they kill themselves because they are miserable?  They needed Jesus in their lives and definitely in that moment when they chose death.  Remember Joshua 1:8,  “This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it.  For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.”  The only real way to fully know The Lord is to spend time with Him in His Word.  That is the only way you will find the success you desire in life as well.  We are the sheep of His pasture and we must rely on Him to guide us in all we do.  He knows what is best ~ Jeremiah 29: 11-13,  “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.  Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you.  You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.”

So, let’s praise Him and serve Him with gladness, knowing that He has a plan for each and every one of us.  His desire is for you to become all He created you to be and it’s not too late if you are still here on this earth.  He wants to use your story.  Seek Him with your whole heart knowing that then truly His best is yet to come!
