Allow His Awesomeness To Consume You

1 Chronicles 29:11,  “Yours, O Lord, is the greatness, The power and the glory, The victory and the majesty; For all that is in heaven and in earth is Yours; Yours is the kingdom, O Lord, And You are exalted as head over all.”

God is the same every day, He doesn’t change, He cannot lie, He is always good, and always does what is best and right if you are truly following His leading.  With that in mind, you can trust His answers and His leading no matter where you are.  Don’t ever think that anything is too small or insignificant for Him to care about.  Take it all to Him.

The more you praise Him and acknowledge who He is the more your trust in Him will grow.  When you pray about something do you really trust Him or are you worried that His answer may not be the one you want?  I love these verses because they remind us of His greatness!  We need to remind ourselves of His greatness all the time.  This would be a great verse to have somewhere in your house to remind you constantly of who He is.  He is God of all!  Nothing is too little or too big for Him and nothing takes Him by surprise.  He loves you and wants to lead you in all that you do, both big and small.  He sees and He cares about every detail.  If you need encouragement in that read Psalms.  You are important to Him!

I would like to encourage you today to remind yourself of who He is.  Write this verse down and carry it with you.  Spend time alone with Him.  Ask Him to help you learn to trust Him more.  Seek His heart in all things, not just the big things.  Ask Him what His dreams are for your life?  The God of everything that has ever been or ever will be, loves you and cares deeply about every detail of your life, but He won’t force His way in, He is waiting for you to come to Him.  Seek Him with your whole heart so you can truly become all He created you to be!
