2 Timothy 1:7.  For God has not given us a spirit of fear but of power and of love and of a sound mind.

What is holding you back today from something you feel you need to do?  God isn’t behind your fear.  God wants to empower you today to do all He has called you to do.  Don’t allow Satan to discourage you or cause you to fear what lies ahead.  God knows what lies ahead and He will prepare the way and He will give you all you need to do what you need to do.

It is easy to get caught up in all that is going on around you until you feel as though you just don’t have the strength to do what you should be doing or maybe you feel as though you are losing your mind with it all.  If so, it is time to pull it all together and spend some time alone with God so He can fill you back up again.  Notice it doesn’t say He will give you power, love and a sound mind it says He has given you power, love and a sound mind.  You already have what you need, you just need to allow those things to fill you instead of the fear you have been focusing on.  

We have a choice of which we will focus on; our fears or our power in God.  God wouldn’t tell you to do something if He wasn’t giving you the ability to do it.  God has placed within you the talents and life experiences that you need to do what He has called you to do so don’t allow Satan to hold you back by creating fears in you that don’t need to be there.  

Satan is the father of lies and fear and God is the Father of truth, love, power, faith and a sound mind ~ who do you want to choose to believe and focus on today?

Choose today to walk in the power and love of God.  Don’t let anything stand in your way girl, God created you to do great things for Him!
