Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.
Today I have just really felt impressed on by God that we need to take some time to pray earnestly for each other and for those around the world that we know are in need of God’s deliverance. If you have something you want to add or if I have missed anyone’s request, please send them to me and I will do my best to send out another blog this evening with those requests as well!

Prayer is such a tremendous privilege that we often seem to take lightly instead of fully grasping the concept of Who we are talking to and the incredible benefits for those who pray and those who are prayed for! God says in Hebrews 4:16 that we are to go “boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.”

Let’s all pray for Israel today
Saeed – He needs to be brought home to his family and delivered from prison and ISIS
God’s protection and provision for Christians around the world who are having to hide and flee from their situations to avoid being killed.
Our Government officials to take a stand and move forward to defend the lives of those being threatened because of their faith in God.
Prayer for our churches and staffs

Now for some prayers in our Chocolate and God community:

I know some of you have lost loved ones lately, I am so sorry for your loss, we want to pray for you as well: Cindy lost her daughter and I can only imagine the heartache of that.
Many friends and loved ones have cancer and need healing!
Please pray for little Ruth, a little girl in Africa who is waiting this week to see if she can come home with her adoptive family ~ they have been around and around for years now with this adoption and the poor little sweetie has been beat at school and has had many other tragedies in her short years here on earth, she just wants to come home and her parents are in Africa trying to get it done once and for all this week!
Pray for the salvation of loved ones ~ there’s no time to waste!
So many marriages are struggling, we need to pray for God’s wisdom, grace and healing on our marriages.
Financial burdens seem to be plaguing more people than not, Bill and I certainly need prayer in that area and I am sure many of you are in need of prayer for release from the burdens of financial pressures as well.
Pray for our men and women in government, I know we all feel as though most of them are a bit crazy but they seriously need our prayers. God can turn their hearts to Him but we must pray for them.
Even though this is number 8 here it is one of the most important: Let’s lift each other up in prayer today for our spiritual growth! Let’s pray to become more like Him.

Let’s all pray for each other today that God will grant us His favor and blessing on our lives as well as His grace to see us through whatever it is we are facing! Pray for His strength for those who may be reading this today and who need God’s hand on their situation!

Let’s all pray today and believe for God’s Mighty Hand to be on our lives for deliverance, physical healing, for broken hearts to be healed, for marriages to be healed, for financial relief and for anything else God may lay on your heart to pray for others! Let’s look for God to do a mighty work, to show the world that He alone is God and may He be given all the glory for all that He does!

I will be adding specific prayer requests today in another blog! I know this is an unusual blog today, but please Ladies, let’s take this request from God seriously today and spend some time praying for Him to show Himself mighty today around the world!
