He Didn’t Bring You This Far To Throw It All Away

1 Peter 5:10. And after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace who has called you to His eternal glory in Christ, will Himself restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you.

Don’t buy the lies that things will never change!  God is always moving forward and seasons in life come and go, so don’t give up now.  Remind yourself that “this came to pass”.  It may be that it’s been a long time in coming, but trust God that just as it says in this verse He will restore, confirm, strengthen and establish you!  Hold on to your hope in Him!

I know what it’s like to be overwhelmed with just one attack after the next until you just feel as though you can’t make it another day.  I know what it is like when things just seem to keep getting worse even though you are walking closely with Him and you just wonder if it will ever change.  But you can trust Him, He’s got you!  Satan wants to discourage you and get your focus on all that is going on instead of allowing you to focus on God, so you are going to have to determine to fix your eyes on Him and reject the lies!

Remember Jeremiah 29:11?  God still has a plan for you!  He didn’t bring you this far to just throw it all away!  He will show up, but you have to trust Him and His timing!  He sees it all and He knows what is best and when is best. When you get to the other side of this thing and you look back, it may make more sense and if it still doesn’t make sense you just have to trust that He sees the Big picture and He has a reason.  Trust Him!  He is the one who sees you and He knows you by name!  He loves you and not one tear has escaped His notice!  Today may be a “gloomy, rainy day but the sun will shine again!  He loves you with a love you cannot comprehend, so lean on Him and allow Him to give you His strength.  Your answers could be here today!  Give it all to Him, knowing that truly His best is yet to come!
