Romans 5:8. But God commended His love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
He loves you! Are you struggling with walls, where His love is concerned today because of all that life has thrown at you? Have you really opened your heart up to His pouring out His love in your life? Have you left that “honeymoon” stage of your relationship with Him? His is the only relationship that you will ever have where you don’t have to lose that! You can ask for it back and He is happy to fill you with HIs love!
Life is tough and we all face struggles and heartaches, but don’t mistake that for a lack of His love for you! He loves you beyond what anyone else is capable of loving you! If you have experienced the loss of your spouse, whether, by divorce or death, I would encourage you to seek the love of God before you pursue the love of another man! It isn’t that there is anything wrong with another relationship if you are not married, but in order to be healthy in a new relationship and in order to be sure the love you are pursuing is right, you really will want to be full of God’s love so He can direct your steps! That love void you feel is meant to be filled by Him and Him alone so there’s no love here on earth that is going to fill that void and make you feel loved and whole.
He loves you! Are you listening to Him? He loves you! He loves you where you are and just as you are and He wants to heal your wounded heart and break any chains of sin that are holding you back! He loves you and wants to make you whole! He wants to help you to become all that He created you to be! Life can be downright awful at times, so who better to walk through it with than the one who loves you and was willing to give His life for you so you can spend eternity with Him! He loves you!
No matter what it is you are facing today or what you faced in the past, will you take the time to hear what He is trying to tell you today? He loves you and He wants you to just soak that in. Cling to that today, hold on to your hope in Him! Grab on to His hand and walk with Him knowing that no matter what you face, He is by your side! The best is yet to come!
