Isaiah 9:6, For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given:  and the government shall be upon his shoulder:  and His name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.

How exciting is that?  Let it sink in!  He came to earth for you!  

God loves you so much!  Don’t allow satan to lump you in with everyone else.  Yes, God loves everyone, but that doesn’t take away in any way shape, or form how special you are to Him!  If a Mama can love each and every one of her children (a normal Mama) then believe me The Almighty God is capable of loving each and every one of us even more!  I get so excited when I get the opportunity to spend time with my children and grandchildren!  It is the highlight of my day!  God loves you and wants to spend time with you alone too!  

God wants to pour into you and love you!  He wants to walk with you in all that you do!  He wants to be the closest relationship you ever have!  He wants to be the love of your life because you are to Him!  If you are walking closely with Him then when the storms come you will be like Peter saying “let me walk on the water with you!”  You don’t want to hide in the boat all your life, do you?  It’s time to dig deep in your walk with Him so you can become all He created you to be!  This world needs some people who are excited about God and ready to step up allowing God to do mighty things in and through them.  You can’t do that sitting around just hoping that it will happen.  Just like any other relationship you must dig in and work at it.  You need to get to know Him!  He wants a relationship with you so bad He was willing to leave Heaven and come here as a baby to do it and then on top of that die for you so it would be possible for you to have direct access to Him!  How incredibly wonderful is that?!

Take the time to really allow what He has done to sink in today!  Honor Him as you celebrate His birth!  Spend some time alone with Him even if you have to get up early to do it.  It will be worth it!
