Romans 15:13, May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope.
I know there are times when either circumstances or the fact that you have prayed and prayed and have seen nothing that you may wonder if things will ever change. Before you reach the point or If you have reached the point of wondering why you even pray about it anymore ask God to fill you with His joy and peace in believing. You must fully allow God to fill you with His joy and peace in believing that He is still there, He still cares, and He is still working even though you don’t feel it or see it.
God is always moving forward and He is always working so ask Him for that peace to fill your heart and mind. Whatever you are facing, heartaches, marriage problems, addictions, or maybe job loss, God is working and going before you. He is the God who sees and He sees you and He cares and He has a plan. You really aren’t just wandering aimlessly through life if you are truly following Him, He has a plan and He is working out every detail of that even when it doesn’t look or feel like it. Allow Him to fill you with His hope so you can abound in hope so others will see it and be drawn to Him. Trust Him today that truly His best is yet to come! Your answer may be so close, don’t give up now! Cling to God and His promises for your life. Spend time alone in His word and in prayer. Soak up His presence and ask Him to guide you. You gain nothing by giving up! Write down Jeremiah 29:11-13 and carry it with you and when you start to doubt pull it out and read it again. Cling to Him and pray believing that He wants to do mighty things in and through you ~ His best is yet to come!
