He Wants You To Have His Peace in This Crazy World

by | Jul 9, 2018

John 16:2-4
They will put you out of the synagogues. Indeed, the hour is coming when whoever kills you will think he is offering service to God. And they will do these things because they have not known the Father, nor me. But I have said these things to you, that when their hour comes you may remember that I told them to you.

Jesus, himself said that this day would come where there were people who thought they were serving God by killing people who believed in Him.

It is always important to keep reading!  This is why we don’t just pull one verse out and base everything on it, we must study the entire Bible. In Verse 33 of this chapter we read, “I have said these things to you that in me, you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.”

He wants you to have His peace! He wants you to continue to serve Him. He has overcome and He will overcome in your life if you will just give it all to Him and follow Him and trust Him! This world seems to get crazier by the day, but our hope is found in Him and we know beyond a shadow of a doubt that the one and only true God who created the Universe loves us beyond anything we can understand!

Pray for those who don’t know Him. It is not God’s will that anyone would die not knowing Him! His love is perfect and beyond comparison, beyond anything, we can comprehend. Pray for God’s peace and protection on those who love Him.
