Deuteronomy 3:29
But if from there you seek the Lord your God, you will find him if you seek him with all your heart and with all your soul.

No matter where you are in life, you need direction! If you want God’s favor and blessing on your life, if you truly want to make a difference with your life, then it begins by seeking Him with your whole heart! If you are on a mountaintop right now, don’t wait until things are bad to seek Him and to build a better relationship with Him! If you are in the valley and everything seems overwhelming and nothing seems to be going right, seek Him! All of the answers you need in life are found in Him! Everything you could ever hope to know, all wisdom, all knowledge and all power belong to Him!

Where can you start? How can you know what His desire for your life is? How can you know what His answer is? It starts here: Joshua 1:8, “This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.” You can’t get to know Him better if you never spend any time with Him! Spend time in His word. Spend time at church with other believers studying His word. Pray! Spend intentional time in prayer with Him, not only throwing out your requests for your life, but ask Him what His desire for your life is!

Know this: “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” He has a plan, just for you! He has a plan for your children! He has a plan for your marriage! He has a plan…….! How much better do you think your day will go, if every time you start to get discouraged or feel as though your situation is hopeless, you say, “NO! God has a plan and I am holding on to that truth!” Get excited! Kick Satan to the curb with all of his lies and hold on to the truth that the Almighty God is still on His throne and He has a plan! He loves you and has a plan for you! Even if it doesn’t feel like it today, He is working on it and He will guide you and give you the strength you need to see you through! Cling to Him and His promises today! Carry this verse with you! Know that He cares! The best is yet to come!
