Daniel 9:20-23
While I was speaking and praying, confessing my sin and the sin of my people Israel, and presenting my plea before the LORD my God for the holy hill of my God, while I was speaking in prayer, the man Gabriel, whom I had seen in the vision at the first, came to me in swift flight at the time of the evening sacrifice. He made me understand, speaking with me and saying, “O Daniel, I have now come out to give you insight and understanding. At the beginning of your pleas for mercy a word went out, and I have come to tell it to you, for you are greatly loved. Therefore consider the word and understand the vision.
Have you been pleading with God for answers, grace, favor and or His mercy lately? Know this; God hears your prayers and He is setting about to answer you because you are greatly loved! I am by no means claiming that any of us are a Daniel but we are greatly loved and the evidence of that was all that Jesus did for us on the cross!
Continue to pray and confess your sin and the sins of your family and plead your case before God and know with confidence that He has sent a word out to His angels to help bring His answers to pass! He cares that much! Your prayers aren’t some big secret in heaven. He will always do what is best for you if you allow Him to so trust Him today and know that just because you don’t see your answer right now doesn’t mean He hasn’t already begun to to put people and things in place to bring your answer to pass. God loves you and cares about all you are facing, trust Him to bring the answers you need, trust that His answer is always best!
You are greatly loved so consider the word…… Stay in the Word of God during your time of waiting! Fill your heart and mind with Him so you will be ready to receive His answer, whatever it is. Spend time day and night reading and listening to what He has to say and it will bring peace and confidence to your everyday life. I saw a church sign yesterday that said, “Feed your faith and your fears will starve.” That is so true and the best way to feed your faith is to read God’s word and see time and time again how God has been faithful in every way to His people and know in your heart that He will be faithful to you as well.
