2 Timothy 1:12
“But I am not ashamed, for I know whom I have believed, and I am convinced that he is able to guard until that Day what has been entrusted to me.”

Don’t ever allow anyone to make you feel as though you are weak because of your faith in God. It is our belief and faith in God that gives us strength. It is the power of God that brings salvation and victory in our lives! We are nothing without Him but we are strong in His might! The world has that backward.

In Romans 1:16 Paul said, “For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek.” Don’t forget the God we serve ~ the one and only God who created everything and the God who has made us His children when we accept Him as our Lord and Savior. God’s word is so powerful that He spoke everything into existence and He loves you and cares about every detail of your life. With power like that behind you, what can stop you?

We need to remember where our strength comes from so we can fully rely on it when we face struggles in life. 2 Corinthians 12:10, “For the sake of Christ, then, I am content with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and calamities. For when I am weak, then I am strong.” It is in our weakest moments that we can fully see the power of God when we fully rest and rely on Him!

If you are facing something today and you just aren’t sure how you will have the strength to get through, hold on to these verses, ask God to give you more verses if you need them and pour your heart out to Him and then rest in the fact that He is the answer. You may not find “answers”, but you can fully trust in the fact that it isn’t a “what” it is a “who” and that “who” is Jesus ~ He is the answer to all you face today and He truly does care.
