Psalm 27:7-8,  Hear my voice when I call, Lord; be merciful to me and answer me.  My heart says of you, “Seek His face!”  Your face, Lord, I will seek.

Is it His face you are seeking today?  Don’t wait for storms to come to seek Him.  Seek Him in all that you do!  Your answers are not found in anyone or anything else so I would encourage you to seek His face today no matter where you are in life.  

How often do you really think about God in your everyday life?  Is He constantly on your heart and mind both in good times and in bad or just when you need Him?  David was a man after God’s heart and He continually sought God.  He talked to God when he was down and out and when he was pleading with God to destroy his enemies, and he praised God as if his heart was just so full of praise he couldn’t contain it anymore.  He owned his mistakes and sought forgiveness.  He was a great example of how we should pursue our relationship with God regardless of where we are in life!

God wants to be the love of your life.  He wants to guide you in all that you do.  You are not meant to walk through life alone.  There are times when you may feel alone due to a lack of friends or family, but God wants to be there with you.  He wants to fill your life with His presence, but you must seek His face.  Don’t allow satan to lie to you, telling you that God doesn’t care.  God loves you and He sees and He cares.  He knows you by name and every detail of your life is important to Him.  Ask God to show Himself mighty in your life today. Ask Him to bring the right friends into your life as well. I know the holidays are coming quickly and that can be a difficult time for so many people due to loss, loneliness, and heartache and God wants to walk through this with you if that is you.  He wants to heal your wounded heart and He wants to fill you with His love, joy, and peace.  

I would like to encourage you today to seek His face.  Allow God to speak into your life and guide you in all that you do.  Trust Him in spite of all of the craziness going on in the world today that truly His best is yet to come!
