There IS Hope!

Romans 15:1     May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope.

Are you lacking faith in your situation?  Do you feel as though you know what you are supposed to do but taking that first step of faith is something you can’t seem to wrap your mind around yet?  It is ok to be apprehensive, we are human and we can’t see the big picture that God sees but when we are apprehensive the key to whether or not we are successful is how we handle it;  do you choose to just sit there or do you choose to ask God to give you joy, peace and faith in your situation?

God is the God of “hope” as it says here in this verse!  Have you lost “hope” in your marriage, or have you lost “hope” in your financial situation, have you lost “hope” or faith in yourself, have you lost “hope” that your children will come back to God, have you lost “hope” that you will ever have a child of your own?  What exactly have you lost “hope” in today?  God wants you to abound in hope today!  He doesn’t want you to be discouraged and unless He has told you “no” then there is hope and you can ask to be filled with joy and peace in believing so He can restore your hope today!  There is joy and peace when we are filled with faith, knowing that God is working on your behalf even when you can’t see anything happening!

Walk in faith today knowing that He hasn’t forgotten!  May God fill you with His joy and peace as you trust Him to bring it to pass, don’t walk around as those who have no hope!  Hang onto the promises of God today, ask Him for His joy and peace and for Him to give you the faith you lack!  Know that He is bigger than any problem you face and He cares about where you are today and what you are facing.  The best is yet to come!
