I love the fact that our prayer room has had such a powerful impact on so many.  In the last 12 months nearly 30,000 prayers were offered up for those who needed prayer.  The reason for our prayer room is because I believe that prayer changes things, plus everyone deserves to go to a place where someone will care enough to intercede for them.

I am so moved when I read the prayer requests that are coming in daily.  I saw this one recently and it touched my heart.  “Please pray for my family- my husband of almost 11 years left us a few days before Thanksgiving and has turned into a completely different man. He had become very angry and was treating me and my oldest son terribly so it had become a toxic environment but we had two younger boys together and I was praying God would restore him as he was in such a bad place and PTSD after 3 deployments to IRAQ.”  It also touched my heart to see people begin to pray for this family.

We need to pay for our prayer room for 2018 this week.  The cost for the year is $600.00 and I am asking for your help.  With complete transparency I will tell you we are not a non for profit so gifts are not tax deductible.  We are not profit either as we sell nothing.  For the last 7 years I’ve been writing Chocolate and God because I believe in reaching ladies.

Ladies, if we go over the $600, the remaining money will go toward Chocolate and God expenses which would help so much.
