Wait For His Plan…

Galatians 1;15 – 16a, But when He who had set me apart before I was born and who called me by His grace, was pleased to…..

God has set each of us apart for a purpose!  Since before you were born God has had a plan. Before your children were born ~ God had a plan. Before your children were born ~ God had a plan………… wait for it!

We all have different seasons in our lives that God uses for our good and some of those seasons can be ugly due to choices we make or that others make, or simply because we live in an imperfect world.  Don’t allow satan to make you feel defeated because everything doesn’t seem to be moving along like you thought it should, God is working and He has a plan to use it all for good!

Do you have a child or maybe a spouse or other loved one that you look at their lives and you think…..’I know God called you to do more than that and it breaks your heart.  You don’t have to ‘fix it’, allow God to work in their life, just like He does yours!  God is using every experience to develop and grow each of us into all He created us to be.  Paul, who wrote the verses above was persecuting Christians before He knew the truth about Jesus!  He was a Pharisee of Pharisees, a very legalistic religious man and he thought he was doing the will of God by persecuting and killing those who followed Jesus and God turned Him around and He became one of the greatest apostles of Jesus.  Paul wasn’t living the life he was called to live, but God brought him out of the life he was living and used him in a great way.  You can’t look at the way things seem right now, you have to trust God’s heart and His plan, knowing that He has one and He will bring it about in His time!  That is the key ~ in His time!  We all have big plans for those we love, but we must be patient and know that “when God is pleased to…….”, He will bring everything together.

It says in Isaiah 55:9, “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways, And My thoughts than your thoughts.”  We don’t have to understand right now, we just have to trust!  Keep Jeremiah 29:11 in your heart and mind, it says, “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans for good and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.”  The same goes for your loved ones!  Don’t despair! Hold on to your hope in Him and trust Him.  Pray, and know that whether it is you or a loved one, God is working, and ‘when He is pleased to…..’, His timing is always perfect, and He will bring it to pass.  Keep your “yes” to God on the table, trusting and knowing that His best is yet to come!
